Twice Baked Potatoes
Twice Baked Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium to large potatoes, 8 oz. sour cream, 6 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt and salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Wash potatoes and bake unwrapped and unpeeled at 500° for 45 minutes.
Slice off top of potato lengthwise and discard.
With large spoon, carefully remove inside of potato and place in mixing bowl.
Set skins aside.
Add sour cream, butter, garlic salt and cheese together.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well and spoon mixture into potato skins.
Top with chives and reheat until cheese melts at 350°.
Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and serve while hot.
