Twenty-Four Hour Salad
Twenty-Four Hour Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. spinach, torn, 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced, 1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp, 1 head lettuce, torn and 2 bermuda onions, sliced thin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Use glass bowl.
Place spinach in layer in bowl.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and sugar.
Top with sliced eggs, then bacon, lettuce, more salt, pepper and sugar.
Add onions and uncooked frozen peas.
Repeat this process until bowl is full.
Mix mayonnaise and Miracle Whip and spread over salad, sealing edges. Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
