Turkey Tetrazzini
Turkey Tetrazzini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. angel hair spaghetti, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 clove garlic, chopped, 2 tsp. butter and 4 cans cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cook spaghetti and drain.
Cook onions and garlic in butter until tender.
Don't brown.
Mix soup and water.
Stir until smooth.
Heat until cheese melts.
Fold in turkey and drain pimiento.
Put 1/2 in large casserole.
Put spaghetti on top. Add remaining sauce.
Sprinkle with rest of cheese.
Make day before.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour.
Add rest of cheese 15 minutes before done.
