Turkey-Pasta Primavera
Turkey-Pasta Primavera is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped broccoli, 1/3 c. chopped onion, 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped, 1 medium carrot, cut into julienne strips and 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cook broccoli, onion, garlic and carrot in oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat about 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until broccoli is crisp-tender.
Stir in turkey, salt and tomatoes.
Heat about 3 minutes or just until turkey is hot. Spoon turkey mixture over spaghetti.
Sprinkle with cheese.
