Made with 1 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms, 1 c. diagonally sliced celery, 1/2 c. sliced onion, 1 small green pepper, cut in strips and 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute mushrooms, celery, onion and green pepper in oil just until tender.
Stir in broth, cornstarch and 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
Cook, stirring frequently, until thickened.
Add turkey and water chestnuts; heat thoroughly.
Serve with Chinese noodles and soy sauce, if desired.
