Turkey Meat Loaf
Turkey Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. barley, 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce, 1/4 c. water, 2 tbsp. dry mustard and 3 tbsp. cider vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In 1 cup water, soak barley overnight.
Drain.
Combine tomato sauce, water, mustard and vinegar.
Combine barley, ground turkey, onions, egg, garlic, pepper and 1/2 cup sauce.
Mix thoroughly and arrange in loaf pan.
Pour additional 1/2 cup sauce over top.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour.
Serve with remaining sauce.
Not essential to soak barley but more tender.
