Turkey Mandarin Salad
Turkey Mandarin Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cubed cooked turkey, 1 tbsp. finely chopped onion, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 c. seedless red grape halves and 1 c. diced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a large bowl, combine turkey, onion and salt; mix well. Add grapes, celery, oranges and macaroni; toss lightly to mix. Cover and refrigerate.
Just before serving, combine mayonnaise and whipped cream; fold into salad along with almonds.
Top with toasted almonds, if desired.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
