Turkey Burgers
Turkey Burgers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 oz. lean ground turkey, 3/4 c. chopped, seeded tomatoes, 1/4 c. chopped scallions, 1/2 c. cooked bulgur and 1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Spray grill rack with nonstick cooking spray.
Place grill rack 5 inches from coals.
Cover with foil, if you want.
In large bowl, combine turkey with other ingredients, except pitas and tomato.
Lightly moisten hands; shape mixture into 4 equal patties.
Grill 10 to 12 minutes, turning once until cooked through.
Serve burgers in pitas with sliced tomato.
