Tuna Summer Salad
Tuna Summer Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni (2 c.), uncooked, 2 (6 1/2 to 7 oz.) cans solid white tuna (albacore), drained and chunked, 1 or 2 medium tomatoes, chopped, 1 small green pepper, chopped and 1/3 c. sliced green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook macaroni to package directions, drain.
In large bowl combine macaroni, tuna, tomatoes, green peppers, green onions and parsley.
In a small bowl blend remaining ingredients.
Add to macaroni mixture.
Toss gently to mix.
Cover; chill thoroughly. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
