Tuna Jackstraw Casserole
Tuna Jackstraw Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (4 oz.) can shoestring potatoes, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 (6 1/2 oz. or larger) can tuna, drained, 2/3 c. evaporated milk and 1 (3 oz.) can broiled, sliced mushrooms, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Reserve 1 cup of potatoes for topping.
Combine remaining potatoes with other ingredients.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Put remaining potatoes on top and bake at 375Β°, uncovered, for 25 minutes until bubbly.
