Tuna Casserole
Tuna Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. butter or margarine, 3 tbsp. flour, 2 c. milk, 2 c. shredded sharp cheese and 1 can tuna, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt butter or margarine; stir in flour.
Cook over low heat for 1 minute.
Gradually stir in milk; stir until thickened. Remove from heat; add cheese.
