Tuna Casserole
Tuna Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. noodles (better with elbows), 2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, well drained, 1 1/2 c. sour cream (12 oz.), 3/4 c. milk and 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Cook noodles by boiling, uncovered, stirring occasionally, just until tender, 7 to 10 minutes or as directed on package.
Return drained noodles to kettle; stir in tuna, sour cream, milk, mushrooms, salt and pepper.
Pour into an ungreased 2-quart casserole.
Mix bread crumbs, cheese and butter. Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake about 10 minutes or until heated.
