Tuna Casserole
Tuna Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. (6 oz.) uncooked noodles or macaroni, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach or peas, 2 cans (6 1/2 oz. each) tuna fish, drained, 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded swiss or american cheese and 1 2/3 c. (13 fl. oz. can) evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain and arrange in ungreased 2-quart shallow casserole.
Cook spinach as directed on package.
Drain and arrange on noodles. Flake tuna and sprinkle over spinach; top with cheese.
Combine milk, eggs and salt; beat well.
Pour over casserole mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake, uncovered, 30 to 40 minutes or until center is set.
