Tuna and Spinach Casserole

Cook and drain spinach.
Make cream sauce of milk, flour and butter.
Season with onion salt, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Blend in mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Place tuna fish, flaked, in 2-quart casserole.

Mix remaining sauce with cooked spinach and pour over tuna.
Top with onion rings and bake in moderate 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
