Made with 1/2 c. butter, softened, 1/4 c. heavy cream (canned milk is good), 3 c. to 1 box 4x powdered sugar, 1/2 c. hershey's cocoa and 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla or rum flavoring (if you like), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cream butter.
Combine 2 cups of the sugar and cocoa.
Stir into butter.
Add flavoring to milk and beat into the creamed mixture.
Add enough sugar to make a manageable dough.
