Trish's Pork Chops
Trish'S Pork Chops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 lean pork chops, seasoned, 1 envelope lipton onion soup mix, 2 c. water, 4 potatoes, peeled and quartered and 2 tbsp. cooking oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In electric skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium heat. Brown pork chops on both sides; season pork chops for personal taste.
Remove them from skillet; drain on paper towels.
Then brown flour in oil until light brown; mix Lipton onion soup mix with 2 cups water and pour in skillet.
Pat pork chops back in with the potatoes.
Cover and cook over low heat setting until pork chops and potatoes are tender.
Serve over rice.
