Traditional Broccoli Stir-Fry
Traditional Broccoli Stir-Fry is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. beef or chicken, thinly sliced, 1 tbsp. oil, 1 (16 oz.) bag birds eye farm fresh mixtures (broccoli, carrots and water chestnuts), 1 tbsp. water and 1/2 c. prepared stir-fry cooking sauce or 1 pouch stir-fry seasoning mix, prepared according to pouch directions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Stir-fry meat in hot oil until cooked.
Add broccoli, carrots and water chestnuts and water.
Cover and cook 5 to 7 minutes.
Add prepared sauce or seasoning mix.
Heat through.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
