Touch of Hawaii Salad
Touch Of Hawaii Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (7 oz.) can solid pack white tuna, 1 (13 oz.) can pineapple chunks, well drained and chilled, 1/4 c. diced green pepper, 1/2 c. diced celery and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain tuna but leave in medium size chunks. Rinse with cold water and drain well. Toss lightly with pineapple, green pepper, celery and mayonnaise.
Pile in 1/2 papaya or in lettuce cups. Sprinkle lightly with parsley. Serve on plate with tomatoes, ripe olives and heated French roll.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
