Tortillas(For Tacos) is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 3 tbsp. shortening and 2/3 c. warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix flour, salt and baking powder.
Work in shortening until fine and crumbly.
Add water.
Mix well with hands and knead until soft and smooth.
Divide into 8 or 12 parts.
Roll into round shape, very thin.
Bake on hot, ungreased griddle, turning until both sides are brown.
Keep warm in 150Β° oven.
(Be sure not to overcook, browning doesn't take long.)
