Put all ingredients except water and tomato sauce in a bowl; mix well.
Shape into 2 loaves.
Brown loaves on all sides in a greased frypan over medium heat.
Pour off fat.
Add water.
Pour tomato sauce over loaves.
Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
Add more water during cooking if needed.
