Tomatoes with Tuna
Tomatoes With Tuna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large tomatoes, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1 medium can tuna fish, flaked and 4 anchovy filets, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut tops off tomatoes and scoop out pulp.
Strain pulp and mix with salt, pepper, tuna, anchovies, parsley, basil, bread, garlic, oregano and butter.
Mix well and stuff tomatoes with mixture.
Place tomatoes in well-oiled baking dish and bake in moderate oven (375Β°) for 20 minutes, adding more oil, if needed. Serves 4.
