Tomatoes Provencale
Tomatoes Provencale is an easy dinner. Made with 3 tomatoes, 1/2 c. fine fresh bread crumbs, 1 clove garlic and 1 tsp. chopped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut tomatoes in half and press gently to remove seeds and water, season with salt and pepper.
Mix together remaining ingredients and spread cut sides of tomatoes with this mixture. Sprinkle tops with melted butter or salad oil.
Arrange on a heatproof serving dish and cook in a hot oven of 450Β° or under a broiler 10 to 15 minutes or until tomatoes are soft and tops are browned.
