Tomatoes Parmesan
Tomatoes Parmesan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 whole tomatoes (canned 2 large), 4 slices bread (french bread works better), 6 tbsp. butter, 1 clove garlic, crushed and 1 tbsp. basil leaves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Remove skins from tomatoes and quarter.
Place tomatoes in buttered casserole.
Melt butter.
Add garlic and basil.
Cube bread; add to seasoned butter.
Saute bread cubes over low heat for few minutes.
Spread bread cubes over tomatoes; top with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
