Tomato Pudding
Tomato Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. canned tomatoes, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1 stick butter and 1/2 to 1 c. dark brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat tomatoes for 5 minutes.
Add butter, sugar and all seasonings.
Mix well.
Butter 2 quart casserole and fill with loosely torn pieces of bread.
Pour tomato mixture over bread and mix well.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
