Tomato Pot Roast
Tomato Pot Roast is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 28 minutes. Made with (3 to 4 lb.) chuck roast, of garlic salt, . salt, . pepper and flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Sprinkle roast with garlic salt, salt and pepper.
Roll in flour.
Brown on all sides in hot fat.
Place in a Dutch oven; add onion soup mix and water.

Then add potatoes, carrots, tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook slowly for another hour.
