Tomato Pie
Tomato Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked, sliced tomatoes, chopped onions (scallions), basil, salt and pepper to taste and 1 c. mayo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine 1 cup mayo with 1 cup Cheddar cheese.
Place one layer of sliced tomatoes on pie crust.
Sprinkle with chopped onion, basil, salt and pepper to taste.
Continue to layer.
Spread mayo-cheese on top of pie.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
