Tomato Cheese Fondue
Tomato Cheese Fondue is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 c. chopped tomatoes, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 clove garlic, minced and 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In 3-quart saucepan over medium heat in hot butter, cook tomatoes, onion and garlic for 10 minutes or until mixture is slightly thickened, stirring often.
Stir in soup and mustard. Gradually add cheese, stirring until smooth after each addition. Pour cheese mixture into fondue pot and keep warm.
Serve with apple wedges.
Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
