Toasted Pecan Clusters
Toasted Pecan Clusters is an easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. margarine, 3 c. pecan pieces and 12 oz. chocolate flavored candy coating, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Melt margarine in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
Spread pecans evenly in pan.
Bake at 300Β° for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Place candy coating in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; cook until candy coating melts.
Cool 2 minutes; add pecans and stir until coated. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto waxed paper.
Cool completely. Makes 4 dozen.
