Tin Roof Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. peanut butter, 1/4 c. white corn syrup, 2 c. honey nut cornflakes, 1 qt. vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Stir together peanut butter and corn syrup.
Add cornflakes and stir until coated.
Press in cake pan or pie pan.
Chill.
Put ice cream in crust and freeze.
