Tin Roof Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. peanut butter, 1/4 c. corn syrup, 2 c. kellogg's honey and nut corn flakes cereal, 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, slightly softened and chocolate syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Stir together peanut butter and corn syrup in medium-size mixing bowl.
Add Kellogg's honey and nut corn flakes, stirring until well coated.
Press evenly in 9-inch pie pan.
Chill.
Scoop softened ice cream into crust.
Freeze until firm.
Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
To serve, top with chocolate syrup and peanuts.
