Three Onion Relish
Three Onion Relish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. thin sliced red onion, 1/2 c. thin sliced vidalia onion, 4 large green onions, white and light green parts only, sliced diagonally, 1 tsp. salt and 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Toss onions with salt in large bowl.
Transfer to colander in sink and let sit 30 minutes.
Rinse in cold water and squeeze dry. Transfer to nonaluminum bowl.
