Three Flavors Fried Rice
Three Flavors Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. oil, 1 c. raw shrimp, shelled, deveined and diced, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 c. cooked pork, diced and 4 c. cooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Set ingredients (prepared and measured) by stove in order listed.
Set skillet over high heat for 30 seconds.
Swirl in half of the oil.
Add onions; brown lightly.
Add shrimp; stir-fry 3 minutes.
Add eggs; scramble until cooked.
Remove from pan.
Swirl remaining oil in pan, then add chicken.
Stir-fry 2 minutes.
Add rice, soy sauce and pepper.
Stir and toss until all is heated.
Add eggs and stir.
Add lettuce last, just before serving and serve with soy sauce.
