Three Day Coconut Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 8 oz. sour cream, 2 c. sugar, 8 oz. coconut and 1 (8 oz.) carton cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix cake mix according to directions on box.
Let cool. Slice into layers.
Sour cream, coconut and sugar in bowl.
Set 1 cup of mixture aside for later use as icing.
