Three-Cheese Pie
Three-Cheese Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 c. shredded monterey jack cheese, 1 medium onion, chopped and 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix cheeses, onion and flour.
Spread in greased pie plate (10 x 1 1/2-inch).
Beat eggs slightly; beat in milk, salt, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour over cheese mixture.
Cook, uncovered, in a 350Β° oven until set, 35 to 40 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes. Arrange tomato slices around edge of pie, overlapping slices slightly.
