Three Cheese Chicken Bake
Three Cheese Chicken Bake is an impressive dinner. Made with 8 oz. lasagna noodles, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1/2 cup chopped green pepper, 3 tbsp. diet margarine and 1 10 3/4 can condensed cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cook lasagna noodles in boiling, salted water according to package directions.
Cook onion and green pepper in diet margarine until tender.
Stir in condensed soup, mushrooms, pimiento, skim milk and basil.
Lay half the noodles in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish.
Top with half the chicken, cheeses, and soup mixture.
Repeat the process.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Top with remaining American and Parmesan cheese.
Bake two minutes more or until cheese melts.
