The Nittany Lion Artichoke Dip
The Nittany Lion Artichoke Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can artichoke hearts, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt or fresh garlic and 1/2 c. parmesan cheese (extra parmesan cheese for topping), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Butter a 1-quart casserole and break up (drained) artichoke hearts into the casserole.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Top with extra Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes. Serve hot with crackers.
