The Fitt Ball
The Fitt Ball is an easy dinner. Made with 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 3 tsp. accent, 3 tsp. worcestershire sauce, 10 green onions (both white and green part), sliced very thin and 2 bags dried beef, ground in food processor (keep separate), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix together the cream cheese, Accent, onions, Worcestershire sauce and 1 bag of dried beef; mix well with those little hands until well blended.
(It will be firm.)
Roll into a ball and roll in the remaining dried beef.
Can be made 5 days ahead.
I keep remaining dried beef and roll it a second time before serving.
