Stir 2 cups boiling water into 2 bowls until Jell-O is completely dissolved.
Stir 1 cup cold water into each bowl.
Pour into separate 13 x 9-inch pans.
Refrigerate 3 hours.
Cut into 1/2-inch cubes.
Layer red and blue Jell-O, Cool Whip, blueberries, cake cubes and strawberries in 3-quart clear bowl. Chill 1 hour and serve.
