Thanksgiving Cranberry Relish Mold
Thanksgiving Cranberry Relish Mold is an easy dinner. Made with 1 medium orange, 12 oz. fresh cranberries, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 (3 oz.) pkg. black cherry gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cut orange into small sections; remove seeds.
Process orange, cranberries and sugar in food processor until fruit is coarsely chopped.
Prepare gelatin using package directions.
Chill until partially set.
Add chopped fruit; mix well.
Pour into large mold.
Chill until set.
Unmold onto serving plate.
Garnish with orange slices and parsley.
Chill until serving time.
