Texas Style Mexican Casserole
Texas Style Mexican Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained, 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce, 1 (10.5 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup and 1 (10.5 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In a large saucepan, combine the browned ground beef, chilies, enchilada sauce, mushroom soup, chicken soup and milk.
