Mix flour, salt and sugar in a large bowl and set aside.
Mix oleo, water, cooking oil and cocoa in a saucepan on low heat. Heat until melted and starts to boil.
Pour over flour mixture. Mix well.
Add eggs, soda, buttermilk and vanilla and mix well. Bake in a greased oblong cookie sheet pan for 20 minutes at 350Β°.
