Bring to a boil the water with 2 sticks margarine and 4 tablespoons of cocoa.
Sift into mixture the flour, sugar, salt and baking soda; beat until smooth.
Add sour cream, eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
Pour into greased sheet cake pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
