Texas Pecan Pie
Texas Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. pecan halves, 3 eggs, beaten, 1 tbsp. oleo, 1 c. corn syrup and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Arrange pecans in bottom of pie shell.
(If using frozen shells, use both.)
Combine eggs, oleo, syrup and vanilla until well blended.
Combine sugar and flour; add to egg mixture.
Pour over pecans in shell(s).
Let stand until pecans rise to the top. Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
