Texas Hash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large onions, sliced, 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. cooked rice, 1 tsp. salt and 2 green peppers, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
👨🍳 Instructions
Sauté (cook slow with butter) the onions, green pepper and ground beef until vegetables are tender.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Spoon into a 2-quart casserole dish.
Cover and bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until done.
