Texas Earthquake Cake
Texas Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. coconut, 1 c. pecans, 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1/2 c. margarine, softened and 1 lb. box powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Sprinkle coconut and pecans in 9 x 13-inch cake pan (sprayed with Pam).
Mix cake according to directions on the box.
Pour it over the coconut and pecans.
Cream margarine, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Drop by teaspoonfuls all over unbaked cake.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes.
