Mix in bowl the first 6 ingredients.
Bring to a boil in saucepan, margarine, cocoa and water.
Mix into flour mixture slowly, beating well.
Pour the mixture into a greased jellyroll type pan.
(Batter should be about 1 1/2 inches deep in pan.) Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes (don't overbake).
