Teske's Tomato-Less Jambalaya
Teske'S Tomato-Less Jambalaya is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. chicken, boned and sliced, 1 lb. ham, diced, 1/2 c. fresh green onion, 1 c. bell pepper and 2 c. rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown the chicken.
Drain the excess fat.
Add both types of onions and the bell pepper.
Saute until clear.
Add the chicken broth, garlic, sausage, ham and parsley.
Simmer 15 minutes.

Cook on low for 15 minutes (45 minutes if using brown rice).
