Terri's Taquito Casserole
Terri'S Taquito Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, fried, crumbled and drained, 8 eggs, scrambled with 2/3 c. milk, 4 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked and cubed, corn tortillas and cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine sausage, scrambled eggs and potatoes in a bowl and mix.
Oil casserole dish.
Tear corn tortillas in halves and line bottom of dish.
Add layer of sausage mixture and top with cheese. Repeat layering until ingredients are gone.
Cover and bake 20 to 30 minutes until cheese bubbles, at 350Β°.
