Terri'S Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck or sirloin, 2 eggs, 1/4 c. milk, 1 tsp. salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix first 6 ingredients all together, then stir in crackers. Shape meat in baking dish.
Cover with ketchup.
Pour reserved juice from tomatoes around meat loaf.
Bake 1 hour at 375°.
Reduce temperature to 325°.
Pour 1 cup brown gravy or cajun gravy (from mix) around meat loaf.
Bake another 30 to 40 minutes.
