Teriyaki Baked Chicken
Teriyaki Baked Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. soy sauce, 1/2 c. dark brown sugar, 2 cloves garlic, crushed, 1/2 tsp. ginger and 1/4 lb. butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Combine soy sauce, sugar, garlic and ginger in a large bowl. Stir until sugar dissolves.
Marinate chicken for 4 hours or longer.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Brush each piece with butter and place in shallow pan.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Turn over and add pineapple, onion and green pepper.
Return to oven.
Baste after 15 minutes.
Continue baking another 20 minutes.
